Q: How do I get my Black Friday discount?
A: Black Friday discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No code is needed.
Q: Can I combine Black Friday promotions with other discounts or vouchers?
A: Black Friday promotions cannot be combined with other offers such as new customer discounts, affiliate codes, or loyalty rewards vouchers. Only one Black Friday promotion can be applied per order.
Q: I entered a different discount code at checkout. Which discount will be applied?
A: Our system automatically applies the offer that provides the greater discount.
2. Order Quantity & Limits
Q: Is there a limit on how many of each product I can buy?
A: Yes, a maximum of 4 units per item is allowed per order. This applies to all products. Orders exceeding this limit may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled.

A: We ship express orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1 business day from dispatch. While the courier strives to deliver as usual, delays may occur, especially during busy periods.
