We’re conscious of the impact our packaging can have on the environment, so wherever possible, we carefully consider the materials we use while making sure your products arrive safely and securely.

Our cardboard boxes and paper shredding are made from a minimum of 75% recycled fibres and are 100% recyclable and/or reusable.

To help protect products in transit, we may use loose-fill foam chips. These are made from 100% GM-free starch, sourced from annually renewable materials, and are fully biodegradable and compostable.

For certain products that do not come with a manufacturer’s seal, we may use protective plastic wrapping or bags. This helps minimise the risk of leaks and protects the other items in your order during transit.

We also use clear tape to secure many lids and pumps, helping to prevent them from opening or becoming damaged on their way to you.

Where possible, we aim to keep unnecessary packaging to a minimum while balancing sustainability with the need to deliver your order in excellent condition.
